Nape Games Journey

2016

Nape Games embarked on its journey into video game development in 2016, fueled by a passion for the craft. What started as a humble hobby in a small home studio soon evolved into a creative adventure.

2017

An interview with Retromaniacs.es dives into the origins of NAPE Games and the early stages of developing V.O.I.D.. We share insights into our humble beginnings, the inspiration behind our projects, and the creative journey that led to shaping V.O.I.D. into what it is today.

2018

We proudly launched our first games for mobile and PC! V.O.I.D. is a thrilling side-scrolling action game packed with adventure, while Mobile Wars X challenges players to fend off an alien invasion in an intense shooting experience.

The IndieDevDay event was founded to celebrate and support the world of indie video game development. Our mission is to foster creativity, provide valuable feedback, and build synergies among developers and studios, all while promoting the growth of the indie game industry.

2019

We transitioned away from being part of the IndieDevDay organization, but our support for the event remains steadfast from the outside. This shift allows us to dedicate our energy to creating more complex and ambitious video games, pushing the boundaries of our craft.

2021

We continued advancing our projects, placing a strong emphasis on physical formats for retro consoles. Over the years, our dedication to our retro gaming

2022

We forged valuable partnerships to bring our games to more platforms, such as Evercade, and along the way, built meaningful new friendships within the gaming community.
